Lean Six Sigma Training
All Training is performed by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Upon successful completion of training, and passage of exam, the participant will a receive a certification of completion.
Champion Training
This training is usually geared toward the executives of the company. This training gives them a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma so they can “Champion” improvement efforts for the organization.
This training is a half day and it will address the some of the following:
What is Lean and how is it helpful
What is Six Sigma and how is it helpful
What is your role as a Lean Six Sigma Champion
Project Selection and Scope
Project Definition & Charter
Acknowledging team success
Yellow Belt
This training is designed to give you a large overview of many of the tools used in Lean Six Sigma. This is intended to be the first course in you Lean Six Sigma journey.
This training is a 2 1/2 day course, and it will address some of the following:
What is Lean
What is Six Sigma
Lean Methodologies
PDCA
5 S
8 Wastes
Kanban
Kaizen Events
Six Sigma Methodologies
Pareto
Value Stream Mapping
FMEA
Brainstorming & Affinity Diagrams
DMAIC
Green Belt
The Green Belt training goes into greater detail on the tools learned in the Yellow Belt. A certified Green Belt can support the black belt in a project.
This training encompasses 2 weeks of daily classes and it will address some of the following:
Voice of the Customer (VOC)
Project Selection
Project Charters & Scope
Project Metrics
Communication Plans
Team Stages
Probability
Process Capability
Design of Experiments
Control Plans
Black Belt
Builds upon the Green Belt training and utilizes an actual project making the participant highly knowledgeable on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
This is a very in-depth training taking 4 weeks of daily work to accomplish. At the end of this training the participant will be able to do the following :
Run a successful organization-wide improvement project
Manage improvement teams that are highly successful
Be able to implement successful use of the DMAIC process for improvement
Amaze the organization with the ability to improve to a six sigma, or approximately 3 issues per every defect level.
Demonstrate incredible and unbelievable improvements.
Master Black Belt
A Master Black Belt is a person who understands the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and is able to teach that to others.
This training is a 5 day course and will address some of the following:
Leadership skills to assist executive management
Training, mentoring and coaching tools & techniques
Managing resistance to change
Advanced Statistics
Lean Six Sigma Intro
This is a basic introduction to Lean Six Sigma tools that can be utilized effectively immediately after the short training. This training can encompass any lean six sigma tools.
Each class is one hour. Adding additional classes will add an hour. Here are some of the methods:
